    I use audacity for editing audio and although I have used photoshop I prefer open source wherever. I use paint.net for creating my comic strip and for colouring in drawings. I’ve used it for many many years.
    I still have ancient Microsoft photo editing software that still does the business pretty well.

      Thank you Sue for reminding me of pain.net. I’ve just added it to the list; I used it a lot when I was on Windows’. Talking about about open source, GIMP is very strong app but I hate its complications sometimes.

        I remember trying it but I think I found it tricky to navigate and gave up early on.
