Well, I lived in Jordan for years. My recent visit was short and dedicated for some medical treatment. This didn’t prevent me from having some good time there.
Specifically in Spring, Amman is amazing with a lot of things to do and places to visit (entertainment, views, ruins, and/or religious things)

I have been to Jordan and I loved it. I had such a cool trip with a mix of super nice hotel and floating in the dead see and the other day in a Bedouin camp walking around Petra. Cool country with super friendly people.

I am so glad that your wife is better now. We lived in Cairo during the second Gulf war so travel wasn’t as easy.
