As a retired teacher, my blog focuses on education, teaching, children, and human interest stories.
When I retired after thirty-one years of teaching in elementary school, I wanted to give back to a profession that had been so good to me. I wrote a book, primarily for new teachers (They Call Me Mom). Serving as a mentor teacher for four student teachers, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to pass on.
